Staff did an amazing job getting me in for service, following up about what needed to be done versus what was recommended. I never felt pressured by them and the wait was not long. They provided transportation and of course the snacks help 😋

The service department at David Dodge of the highest caliber. There’s been some warranty issues with my car and not only have the advocated to Chrysler involving these issues, but they made sure that I never missed any work time or downtime without having a vehicle to drive during the process. I’m a person that understands that things can happen with cars but when you have a service department that stands behind everything and make sure you have almost no interruption to your lifestyle. That’s important.
The team did great work and were able to get me a ride to and from the shop and get the car done same day. Really appreciate all the hard work. Mike was great as well!

Service was fine. NO TV’s should be showing politics (House voting on Speaker), ANY politics and 2 of them were, NOT GOOD customer service relations. Additionally, 3 of your staff/employees were talking excessively LOUD, so annoying!

I love this dealer & believe me when I say that I have had nothing but very good experiences with. Please know that I feel completely awful saying this, my latest interaction with them is my least favorable. I brought my car in for some repairs & again, while texting expectation was set that it would be an all day fix (several hours), it turned into 2+ days, almost 72 hours. I'm not upset with the wait, I am more irritated & annoyed at the lack of communication on the dealership part.
Repairs were completed in a timely manner and communications were great Everyone in office is very professional
