The battery in my Jeep Compass had died twice and called the Service that I would be bringing directly to be serviced. Within a few minutes Dave explained both batteries needed replaced. The replacements could be done then (so thankful), but was no longer under warranty. An 1 1/2 hours the repair was done and Dave made a call to Mopar and was able to get the cost reduced. I was so happy to hear that he took the initiative to get a better price, on top of the quick service!

Very good service had oil change and inspection done caught leak on my 2019 Ram 1500. Had them replace my wiper Friendly and helpful staff. Waiting area was nice stocked with coffee and water as well snacks.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Made things smooth. The only gripe is a minor one. When I pulled into the service department, there was no one telling me where to pull to or stop and waited until after I turned off and exited the vehicle to ask me to pull forward. Again, just a minor inconvenience.

I worked with David Dodge Chrysler Jeep remotely. Which is nerve racking, but Sam, Kyle, Jeff went above and beyond, taking pictures, doing videos, even showing the dings etc. (which they fixed) then provided more videos to satisfy my concerns. Took care of everything through texts, emails, phone to make the process less stressful. Then they delivered the vehicle, Thanks Steve and Ralph for bringing the vehicle to Williamsport. I recently went to David for service on my Grand Cherokee. The staff in the service department were incredibly rude. They didn’t even want to review all that my car was coming in for service for. So, it’s no surprise that the tech could not duplicate the issues I was having.
