David's dodge has consistently been a great place to have my car serviced. We recently moved from NC at which time we has a great relationship with a BMW dealer. We only drove BMWs as a result of the great connection we had with the dealer. After moving to DE, we did not feel at home with the local BMW dealers but quickly found a new home with David dodge. We now have 2 new Jeeps and are really pleased with our experiences at Davids doge (service and buying).

Great experience at David Dodge! Having a two month old at home made it difficult to shop for a new truck but we were able to get everything taken care of ahead of time with Alyssa, part of the online team. Jan in finance had all my paper work ready to go and I was in and out within an hour with a new Ram. They even watched my little girl while I completed paperwork and checked out the truck. After purchasing though, I learned that some key features that I wanted were not on the truck even though they were listed in the description. I was very disappointed, but after bringing my concern to Sharif, my sales rep, the next day he made it right and found me the truck I wanted at another dealership. Great service and I am very happy with my purchase now.
I've been having my 2015 Cherokee Laredo serviced by David for more than two years. Always a good experience. They provide excellent and objective advice and never try to upsell service or repairs that are not needed. My Jeep once required the transmission replaced due to the known Jeep transmission issue and David took care of it immediately under warranty and with no pushback whereas another dealer in Delaware that I had dealt with for years did everything possible to avoid addressing my problem. I have owned cars for close to 50 years and David would rank at the top of all of the dealer Service Centers that I have worked with. I have driven Jeep Cherokees since 1990 and have dealt with all three Jeep dealers in New Castle County Delaware. My experience with David has been far superior with David Jeep than these other three dealers.
I bought one Jeep from here. That purchase was wonderful. I have since bought others and moved closer to Davids and use their service or parts more often. Today I had a major issue and they still took my jeep in, attached a code reader and offered to look into it. Wish "my guy" worked there but they are a great local gem and have always been very friendly and courteous.
Great to utilize this service for oil changes. In the shop and out before you know it. Paul Boden and Alesha Toanone were both friendly and professional and made this service visit quite pleasant.
