My family and I were traveling home from a trip to DC when our Jeep suddenly developed engine trouble on the highway, about 250 miles away from home. We had no idea where we were or what we were going to do, which made an already stressful situation feel pretty scary. Thankfully, we found this dealership nearby and were able to get our Jeep there. John in the service department went above and beyond for us. Despite having a busy schedule, he made taking a look at our Jeep a priority and immediately helped us feel like we were in good hands. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire situation. Being stranded so far from home with my family was incredibly stressful, but John went out of his way to make a difficult situation so much less overwhelming. His compassion and willingness to help made a huge difference for us. We are incredibly grateful for John and the service we received.

Best Dodge Dealer in Tri-State Area ( from Southern NJ) I traded my 2023 CT5 BW for a 2026 Dodge RHO with no miles. Easy Trade In & pick up process…. Fast forward a week later, my new truck went into limp mode and had a check engine. I brought the truck immediately back to the dealer. The service department/ Advisor Jon was compassionate, educated and helpful. The manager/owner addressed the situation & apologized then placed us in a brand new pick up truck as a courtesy vehicle… the plastic was still wrapped on wheels and interior due to a shortage of loaner vehicles, this dealer went above and beyond and got our truck repaired and ready for pick up within 3 days! We are beyond thankful & grateful !! Highly recommend this dealer & service department !!
