Sales

Are you motivated? Do you have good communication and interpersonal skills? If the answer is "yes" then the Sales Department at David Dodge Chrysler Jeep just might be the place for you. Our Sales Team is quickly growing and we need young men and women to help with the influx of business.

Job description:

  • Assisting customers who enter the dealership. Answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
  • Work in our Business Development Center (BDC) to maintain a buyer follow up system and answer phone calls/emails from potential customers
  • Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
  • Keeping abreast of new products, features and accessories available and translating their benefits to customers. Attending product and sales training courses.
  • Referring closed deals to the finance and insurance (F&I) manager along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.)
  • Preparing sold vehicles for custome rdelivery prior to customer arrival, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, paperwork
  • Introducing customers to service & parts/accessories department 
Requirements:
  • Driver's license
  • Experience in sales or automotive sales is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
50 hour work week- working every Saturday

Service Technicians

We are looking for all levels of service technicians to help with our new Service Department. A-level service technicians inspect, maintain and repair vehicles. Technicians use diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and then make adjustments or repairs. As with all positions within dealerships, A-level service technicians are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. With the recent changes at the dealership we have added 24hours to our service department and are now open from 7:30am-9pm Mon-Sat. Our technicians and advisors work in teams working 3 days at 40hours and 4 days off. 

A Tech

Job Duties
The duties of an A-level service technician vary depending on specialties; however, general duties include:

  • Chrysler Certified Technicians 
  • Transmission experience a MUST!
  • State inspection license
  • Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions and performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or factory standards.
  • Repairing or replacing all parts of vehicle including wheels, axles, frames, defective ball joint suspensions and brake shoes; installing and repairing conditioners and servicing components such as compressors, condensers, and controls; and testing electronic computer components in automobiles to ensure that they are working properly.
  • Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time for additional repairs.
  • Inspecting and testing new vehicles for damage and recording findings so necessary repairs can be made.
  • Supervising and training apprentice or entry-level/ mid-level technicians.
B Tech
  • Chrysler Certified Technicians
