I highly recommend David’s and Walter if you’re buying a jeep! I found a beautiful jeep on their website, filled out the application from home, and was connected to Walter. I came in on a Saturday morning and even though he was busy, Walter was able to assist me with test driving the vehicle and closing the deal. I love the commercials but it was actually Aubrey in online services that I initially connected with who was kind extremely polite and sent me immediate images of what I was looking for. The experience was very good overall and Kenny my dealer was funny despite experiencing a very recent loss in his family. Overall their prices are the best around and I am glad a friend recommended them to me!
I had a great experience at David Dodge in Glen Mills. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. If you go there ask for Walt Cook to be your salesman. He went above and beyond for me. He was honest, respectful, and very professional and extremely helpful. He was able to answer every question I asked him and knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. I personally have never purchased a vehicle here. What I wanted to share is that I called about a flag being upside down on one of their light posts that was down. I just drove by and it was gone. Great place to buy a car. Not a great place for service. When they do "multipoint inspection service" that means they don't check the spare tire so you're driving around with 10 psi and they don't check the power steering fluid level so it's empty until you notice it and fill it up. These things happened in the past with my other Jeep. My vehicle which I did not buy at David Dodge. However, I purchased it from another Dodge dealer certified preowned. This vehicle came with a 10 year/100000 mile power train warranty. At 72,000 miles, I started having issues with the transmission. I brought it in to David Dodge in October 2024. It has been there six times since then. They have replaced the transmission four times since then. The last transmission they installed was in February of this year. I purchased my 2020 Jeep Wrangler from David’s Auto back in December 2024. The sales guy was very helpful and friendly. I recently had to get work done on my car, the service team was amazing. They kept me updated on the status. They also provided me with Lyft rides to and from the dealership!

Great place, but when I brought my very small car in for a recall, they gave me a GMC Laramie monster truck with a hemi as a rental ....I said I had never driven pick up truck or a car that big but they said that was all that they had.... I paid for the extra insurance because I was terrified. But it ended up being totally okay ( unless you try to park in a small spot)!! Very nice people that work there though.

I feel that I was definitely overcharged for the work that had to be done second I bring my truck up with half of tank of fuel, pick it up with the gaslight on and don't have the common courtesy to replace what you used. I had to bring me 2 year old vehicle in multiple times for the same issue. The service itself took a couple weeks to schedule. I dropped the car off the night before expecting to be one of the first to be looked at (service apt was 8am). By early afternoon I needed to call back because I had not heard from service advisor. I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service. They don’t do any added repairs without asking me first and the service is quick. I usually wait in the waiting area and it’s comfortable and everyone is super nice.
